To answer your question, no, the Uzumaki Clan does not possess any Kekkei Genkai. It's true that they possess a unique genetic heritage, which grants them special abilities, such as their extremely strong chakra and superhuman vitality. Even the Adamantine Sealing Chains don't count as Kekkei Genkai. It's a sealing technique. And the Bite Cure is simply the result of their high vitality. Kagura's Mind's Eye also doesn't count as Kekkei Genkai.

In this story, you won't see senseless hatred toward Sakura. Nor will you see a useless Sakura. I just wanted to add this as a joke to the chapter: you'll see a Sakura who has changed over time.

I assure you, Naruto isn't a lustful protagonist who only seeks out women. I'm the first to hate this type of character. But keep in mind that this story has a slow pace.
