There is no such thing as regular peak human. Peak human isn’t a real thing. It’s a fictional term to describe someone who transcends the regular limits of human physiology. And Captain America is verbatim peak human. Not superhuman, not enhanced human. Peak human. He’s consistently called this in marvel comics history. A super soldier like Deathstroke for instance, is SUPERhuman, meaning he has SUPER strength, SUPER speed.
