He seems to be getting a little riled up there. But maybe only in his head and he remains composed from the outside.

It's good. Solid writing, focused on characters but not neglecting to give us some juice worldbuilding. No idea where the plot is going but there's only been 2 chapters out so far. Adrian has my attention! Give him some beautiful character development and this WN would be well on its way to being a favorite.

Very unexpected and lovely progression! Plot and worldbuilding are good and all but characters are the real deal! I'm glad you are focusing on your protagonist so much! The first half of ch 1 established his core very well and now here's some really likable progression. I don't know if I like him necessarily but I'm intrigued. Good job!
