Yes they do. I am not sure what world you live in but no child is ignorant enough to not realize that they are being treated differently by everyone around them except in this case his maid. He would appreciate her. Because she is the only breathing sentient being that even bothers with his existence. Children are highly emotional and more or less social creatures. They would realistically cling to any form of attention and affection they can get. Especially children in his situation

I get that. But it is literally not possible for a living being bit to have fat.(not including disease) And if they did, it would be a disease. It would be miserable. Like unbelievable so. It’ like walking around with needles poking everywhere on your body.
