it's mid at best, trash at worst. some parts are peak, most are mid. it's the best for people who wouldn't be bothered by the random non-canon power scaling shenanigans, totally weird as hell system of becoming a viltrumite with a progression bar and etc. think of this as a half ass AU of the boys
