I think Lisa, the one currently being held captive, used the pendant to lock Elly, her friend, inside the dressing room so that Elly wouldn't be caught. It took me a few tears to get to this understanding, but this seems to make the most sense to me considering the little that we know of the girls.

Not really, the doctor's have already determined that the chances of them being able to create children are very low. And then its also only been a month since their last checkup, so imo the doctor's are being very reasonable. Admittedly, I can imagine how this could result in something negative happening to a patient, but the chances of the patient actually being sick at that point in time and considering all the factors, are extremely low.

I like the light-hearted feeling that the book currently has. Its more relatable than arrogant/ruthless MC while also relaxing to read, unlike an apocalypse or something like that.

I love how he's been cultivatin for 5000 years and then determines that she'll be ariujd 4 to 5 when he gets back to the Mortal Realm. I assume that means that he transmugrated/reincarnated to around 4995 years in the past. *Also assuming that the Mortal and his current realm move at an equal rate of time.

He could at least increase Vitality (or is it Constitution) and Intelligence, they shouldn't affect him too much. Intelligence might affect his ability, but should be something fairly quick to resolve with his enhanced intelligence.

So Raiden can make himself live longer by slowing himself when he has nothing else to do while also training his ability. So as he gets older, he will be able to infinitely extend his lifetime as his ability grows. Although his growth will probably reach a stagnation at some point that will prevent him from improving fast enough to extend his life and still live it.
Yes, it falls under Time Control but his ability can only be used to accelerate the time for him or anyone he used the ability on. Well, of course, he only uses it for himself. But that ability proved to be scary.
