I'm looking for a novel with an MC who has a martial tree spirit, I remember starting a story like that a few years ago I hadn't finished it but I can't find it anymore. THANKS

Unfortunately, I was right...
I'm up to chapter 628... I'm praying that in the next chapter, the MC doesn't end up with some "trash talent" and get looked down on by everyone all over again just to manufacture a new plotline. I'm so tired of it; the author loves having the MC hated for no reason—the guy gets hated locally, then nationally, then internationally, and eventually across multiple continents. I can see it coming a mile away... The novel has a really interesting concept, but the execution is very frustrating.

You have comprehension problems, and that's okay. You're a little dim, and that's okay too. I've never denigrated the work of engineers; I've said that, factually, wanting to work as an engineer isn't as personally rewarding as people might think. So, I repeat, it's a lot of work for a salary that doesn't reflect their merit.
(6 hours is barely enough; your body may not be fully recovering.)
This is a practical average; the true duration is between 7 and 9 hours of sleep. Not everyone has 90-minute sleep cycles, so 8 hours is a consensus.
That's normal, and you're right to point it out for those who don't know: the optimal amount of sleep is 8 hours. A lack of sleep leads to the symptoms I described earlier, but too much sleep also has its risks: weight gain, depression, drowsiness, difficulty concentrating, and an increased risk of stroke. Studies exist on this subject; a simple search will turn up a graph where the curve rises according to the risk of illnesses linked to lack of sleep, drops back down to a normal level after 8 hours of sleep, and then rises again once that time has elapsed. I thought the mouths on Deidara's hands were due to the secret technique he stole?
