I was only focusing on her original body, but I wasn’t accounting for when she can split herself. Noah still can make her into a fallen after he gets a good enough core that would suit her specialization. I’ll definitely keep the other ideas in mind when I make the choice.

For now the only way to gain value from his unneeded items will be to sell or trade them with other people. The shop as as the chest should be treated more as a tutorial. A lot of things will change when the next realm merges.
