see I get what you mean. but your suggestion means to have a door out for those who aren't the best... and when there are those door or the second chance ( a retreat option). then they'll never know what their bests can be.. see. when a man knows that even if I'm not the best I'll still be somewhere at the top level, he'll be grateful that's good, but the worry is he'll be satisfied and. then with that the search for the best/ perfect out of all of them, will be useless. so the big bosses out their won't find one too. One needs to get challenged and destroy its own will of satisfaction at some point at their life to achieve the top position.. and the. main part is the one's who take this gamble to be the best', are already aware and some are even prepared for its consequences, even if it means someone's or oneself life.
