if Rapunzel doesnt work but you want disney princesses you can make him a powerful cross-dresser (Mulan). or the basic disney power of singing rats and birds (could mess with Koda). or the wreck it ralph princess that had shown Mirio's quirk just for an extremely short time period (so 1-2 seconds of mirios quirk but you can add that ice king soreness to the aftermath, or another downside if you please)
Also I looked up Rapunzel's powers, they are in honesty a bit weird and broken at the same time. Look up repubzel incantations you will understand. I don't think I will do this so sorry guys, it won't work with my plot. - ChimerZ25mthCommented
i think at most the best wish would be one to de-activate the crown. if sin can't change the side effect of the crown then make it able to be toggled on and off. some ideas would be1) wish for some form of help in the matter2) wish for the crown to be activated and deactivated at will3) wish to be in the driver's seat, so the crown can still influence him but not directly make actions
Comment down ideas for a wish for Kori, make sure it isn't something like "I wish All for one is dead or something." Just be creative. - ChimerZ28mthCommented
so op. Hidan's body, the various konoha bloodlines, konan's paper, jugo's bloodline, kisame's bloodline, kaguya's bone stuff, etc etc. so many ways to become super op if he can unlock and increase his luck stat

Does it make it useless? Of course not, it is mighty useful. How? Simple, imagine a person throws me an explosion tag, I can just touch it and turn it into something else. Imagine I am in front of a sealed door, I can just touch it and turn it to something else. Imagine I am trapped in a cave. Touch and turn. So, yes. yeah there was a massive character shift recently especially seen in him manipulating hagrid. he has become more like the og draco, snotty and unbearable, i really wish he stayed kinder especially to people who dont deserve this treatment such as hagrid or harry.

it could also be that 99% is the max or some number below 100% as to not invalidate magic. plus wouldn't he lose access to all teleporting skills using magic at 100% resist.

i think it more like regular dmg -> reg def true dmg -> true def judge dmg -> no def possible. so True dmg can be lessened with "True defense" but judgement dmg ignores every kind of dmg but is rarer.
