Darn it, he should have wiped them out, now the next human who sees the village will get eaten by them.
I change into my dragon form and quickly fly out of the secret area and break through the top of the library. I then fly away to the next floor as the people look at me in horror. I feel bad for these people because they have adapted to the floor with only goblins. It's sad that they had to resort to cannibalism. - Firedragon_Unknown3yrCommented

You know, you could have just bound their powers to a tablet where if a god breaks one of the laws or some laws, then they start to lose their power as punishment until they reflect to get their powers back. Or it could change them into a mortal state and losing their godly power. I mean, the gods breaking these laws have no right to being a god. If they break all 9 laws and have not reflected for 12-24hours or a couple of days, then the god is stripped of his godship forever and ban from the realm of the gods. The god will live out as a mortal and die as a mortal and he/she will be judged as a mortal.
I imbued power equal to a primordial's inside the tablet. The tablets would strengthen the power of Gods who adhere to the laws. Its power would also prevent it from being shattered by any being less than a primordial. At the center, the three tables are facing outwards as they rotate clockwise next to each other.
