Ki-Cheol's definitely did manifest from birth. The others were still born with their innate inner energy, they like Ki-Cheol had to learn how to develop it, cultivate it and control it. The teachers they had were integral to how they decided how approach this cultivation and the purposes they would use it.

I am glad you are happy with my interpretation creation. I purely started this project for myself as I was so frustrated with the little translations I found for the novel online. I have to say it is the first time I have done anything like this. I feel I learnt a lot after the first book. One of those things was how encouraging it is to hear and be accountable to the readers. I probably wrote to you about all this before. Thank you for your support, your encouragement and the times you have sent messages to the effect of "hey what is happening?"

I was able to complete it early., so I updated it instead of waiting. It is my way of celebrating that I had finished chapter 2 and I did not think any of my readers would mind if I uploaded it early. 🤣
