That is a high order unless if they have some fancy equipment. I am a butcher and I skin animals and skinning an animal the size of a cow would take about 20-30 minutes if you are decent at skinning, and about 10 minutes if you are really good at what you do and you are most likely going to put holes in the hide either way. Knowing what it takes to butcher an animal I will pass this over as MAGIC!!!!!

Hey an actual butcher here. I deal with every part of the job and it is definitely possible for a now a day butcher to be unfit. An olden day butcher that does the whole job by himself not a chance that he is unfit. Everything he has to do is an insane task to accomplish by yourself. A. You would have to be able to move a whole dead animal by yourself. Sometimes weighing several hundred pounds. Yes you could have winches and the such but that still takes a lot of strength and endurance. B. Having to wrestle a hundred to four hundred pound animal is extremely difficult. C. He would still have to take care of the facility and everything. Honestly I am shocked he could do it by himself I don’t know if anyone really could.
