The TVA aren't as cracked up as you might think them to be. They self style themselves as chronomonitors, but don't forget that the Marvel Universe is vaster than an organization of high-tech timeline watchers. There are Celestials... there's Galactus in all his hungry world eating glory, there's the Living Tribunal, the Phoenix Force, the One Above All, and numerous other entities and forces that are way beyond the understanding of the TVA. One of the only possible reasons as to how they are able to do what they do to other timelines is that they were allowed to "cull" them by the actions and eyes of the other big name and powerful entities out there because it's convenient for them.The question you should be asking is... when and if these entities care enough about this alternate dimension of Marvel to lift their metaphorical fingers to save, intervene, or destroy it at their leisure?

Let the author cook up their own story and let us readers enjoy it. I'm curious as to how this will turn out. And once I'm curious, I can't help but read more. I'm here trying to find more unique stories to add to my reading collection. This story has indeed peeked my interest.

This chapter was what truly made me love your story. The slowly growing sea animal Martial Arts fanatics and their growing strength and numbers makes so much sense that it's scary. Wow... that's just straight up ignorant right there. AFO focused all his efforts in Japan during the Age of the Rise of Quirks. The time during the Rise of Quirks Age was a chaotic time for the whole world. Why would AFO leave his base of operations? The Rise of Heroes was slowly yet surely reducing his influence all over Japan. All Might appeared like a wrecking ball as well and a lot of AFO's allies were defeated and taken to Tartarus. His power is touch-based as well. There's no way he'd be able to come close to the villain that could control atoms. AFO would've been reduced to his atomic bonds before he could've gotten close. Don't forget that Villains don't play fair. There's no way AFO isn't the only super villain still kicking around from the Age of the Rise of Quirks. Granted AFO is now in Tartarus, but he's still alive. I can't wait to find out more about other dangerous super heroes and Villains out there.

To those who dropped this, "You are all fools! The author is giving us more backstory as to what's going on outside Japan in this version of the BNHA Metaverse. All For One can steal Quirks but he needs to touch others in order to do so. Unless said otherwise, he can't steal Quirks just by looking at people. If that was Canon, then there'd be no show/manga or premise for one since he'd be too OP. I'm theorizing that there's got to be a limit as to how many Quirks All For One can handle. Plus, it's not too farfetched for there to be Quirks that All For One wouldn't risk himself trying to steal. There's no way All For One and All Might are the only OP people on Earth in the BNHA Metaverse..."
