Good chapter, but can we get an index chapter with all the player/NPC stats, classes, pic, and descriptions?I know there are like three chapters dedicated to them but it would make things easier if it all was in one place.

Yep, he messed up. He could have done a lot differently. If he took longer to think about it this whole "fight" could have gone way better. You've got to realize that despite his past he isn't a fighter to his knowledge. This is his first dive into the superhero business, and one he didn't even plan for.

Well, that's kinda the point. Mental disorders a lot of the time doesn't make logical sense. Sure there are certain expectations to what an illness might entail, but a lot of the time random emotional or some times personality shifts happens. This is especially true with ADHD and Psychotic tendencies. You can be looking at flowers and relaxing, but then a trigger, whatever that may be, sets you off. Causing you to suddenly plan out how to kill your parents and dispose of their bodies. Sometimes a trigger isn't even necessary, sometimes it just happens.

He could. But the issue is how much control he has over his own magic, plus, he kinda forgot he could do that. There's a lot of spells he could cast, that combined with ADHD and he tends to forget the less immediately helpful spells.

There's a wiki called the DND wiki. it should have everything you need. Be careful not to wander towards the homebrew section though. Though I'll be explaining a lot of the spells and abilities the Main character has as the story progresses.

A/n: Just for future reference, Alex, on the subject of his own capabilities and whatnot, is at best an unreliable narrator. At worst he's completely underselling/underestimating or even ignorant of his own power( As in how powerful the effect would be, what an effect would truly entail, or other uses of a spell. A good example is {Prestidigitation}, it seems useless, be it'd be invaluable in cleaning up crime scenes. ). The spells in D&D (that I could find) can cure magic-induced disorders, but not naturally occurring ones. At least that's my take on it.

I literally just picked up a stick on my way home, used {Wood Shape} to reform it into Harry's wand, briefly chanted some words in a runic language, and then willed my magic into the Wand. - ForThe_Lolzs1yrReplied to Vastoking
Like the character has said, not all his spells are like the originals from the tabletop. Plus you'll understand why he's hesitating with going crazy with his spells. After all, what's the biggest issue with using a pool of energy to draw from when forming spells?
