Maybe the only thing in which Izuku was superior to Yuta was his willpower and heroic heart. Yuta too agreed with this and long accepted the facts. Izuku could endure much more pain than Yuta. To the point that Yuta even suspected the boy was a masochist in secret. And of course, the freaking reason why the symbol of peace even choose him. He really holds that hero's heart. When I'm dead, any damage my body has accumulated will heal. It doesn't matter what it is. Missing limbs, organs, paper cuts, etc. While I'm dead, everything will heal to its previous state. The sole exception to this seems to be anything that's beneficial to my body. - mikepeterjack4dCommented
