Tywin was having arguments and disagreements with the Mad King, who used to be his friend. The King was paranoid about him, taking more power so Tywin wanted to get out of the capital and not burned to death for some perceived slight. Tywin's Heir returning to their ancestral hold to help govern his lands served as a good excuse to leave the capital and not have it be perceived as a slight against the king.
Maaaybeee... But can anyone prove it ;)
Thanks for the comment. It's not a complete ban on technological development. It just won't be a huge aspect of this story. Some things might be possible, but I don't even know how to make paper right now, much less after 15 years in another world. The crop stuff might be implemented but only after a while of research by people other than Jaime. He might remember only the vaguest stuff about crop rotation and that's being generous.
Unfortunately, no, I've tried
Ah! A wild system appears.
school antagonist spotted?
Get hit with that british royal family demotion. Don't worry we'll let you keep your fancy hat.
The quality of the writing is very good with few if any mistakes while also being easy to follow. The story is just getting started but is driven by its characters and promises to be an exciting journey to witness. I've got a very good idea about how the world and characters look in my head, and that's what makes this a five star for me.
:)
Very cool story. It might be a bit early to definitively rank everything, but I certainly like where it is going. The quality is fantastic, and I can really feel the world at work around the characters. I just have some recommendations from a fellow author. 1. Synopsis! It's actually one of the most important aspects of a novel. I'd heavily recommended adding one. 2. Your update speed isn't bad but webnovel usually prefers more chapters that are a bit smaller. You definitely don't have to, this is just some advice, but maybe break up some of the longer chaps into shorter ones.
It's a very interesting story. You're immediately thrown into the world and all its mysteries. Some might think that it's too early, but I love hints to the greater world and conflict. The characters are interesting and make you invested in them not suffering (even if they will). Though I will say from the perspective of someone who doesn't use as many commas as I should, it might do to break up a few of the longer sentences. I can't wait to see more!
