I'm really excited for the rest of the book! I just wish Rhys wouldn't solely judge a person's strength based on aura. I don't think aura can show how well someone can manipulate their power, even if it is weak, or their fighting techniques/capabilities. Maybe he will realize this during college.

these girls are kind of annoying... they are rash and impatient and just act based on preconceived notions. first they try to kill Qi Le without letting him explain himself and then believe he's a bad guy without him doing anything. if they are mercenaries of great strength and renown, shouldn't they be calmer and more level headed?
