it doesn't make sense. first u only level up when u kill enemy and now u also can level up when u don't kill the enemy. what's the use kill all his enemy before when he can recruit them and also he show no mercy to the second son mercenary even though they didn't do anything to him in the past and not show them any mercy, now he show mercy to someone who participated in fall down of targaryen
