True, because it is a learned skill, I assume. but it is not the creation of Chakra, Chakra already is there. at least, that is what I meant. I'm sorry if I made it sound otherwise. though I was also partially wrong, even without any misunstandings. it is actively made, but molding Chakra is done through handsigns, nor pre-made other than techniques like the hundred sealings jutsu tsunade has. probably mixed those up, I tragically need to freshen up my memory on everything. if you find out I was wrong again, please send me a source so that I can correct myself.

um... not what molding Chakra is, or I don't think it is. Chakra is always around, even with civilians.

fire and yin, but lightning very well could just be a Sasuke thing. Madera used it, but he's Madera. don't think we saw itachi use too many jutsu in general due to his illness... and Kakashi isn't an Uchiha.

guy can use ninjutsu, but doesn't particularly use it too often. the only example I can remember is his turtle summon though. and I'm pretty sure Lee and guys dad just can't form ninjutsu or genjutsu, they can still use Chakra to walk on walls as well. I would say that it is a case of Chakra being stamina, but some not being able to mold that stamina.

imagine how soldiers had to have felt fighting in Afghanistan... or Iraq, not sure if one or both of them had child soldiers, and never paid much attention.
