would that work? his wings need extremely fast movement any weight increase to his wings would make that hyper movement more difficult like even a little weight on them can be detrimental if they have to flap 30-40 times a second

is that an exponential increase? or is it a separate modifier? 25% increase then a 56.25% increase on double use or does it go from 25% to 50% to 75%? if it's exponential I'd use it on cool down even if it gets me killed
