Hello! Contrary to this, I feel like as a child Wen Ruo wasn't evil. Instead, it was her upbringing (her mother Cai Qinyue) which affected her. Naturally, this is just my interpretation of the situation :)

I feel like they are quote unquote unbias because hypothetically, if Jian Yiling was at fault, they'd do the same thing. Hence, it's not that they want to take Wen Ruo's side, instead they just want peace and harmony amongst their children and grandchildren. However, feel free to correct me :)
