Utahime’s speech was exactly what I’ve always thought whenever Geto spouts his nonsense about killing all non-sorcerers. I mean, even if you succeed, what happens next?? Who’s going to farm, raise livestock, make clothes, keep the power running, and so on?? And will there be enough genetic diversity with just a few thousand sorcerers left alive? Or will humanity go extinct from inbreeding in a few generations?
HAHAHAHAHAHHA
Myne SEEMS so sincere. But I just can't trust her. Throughout the entire chapter, I was unsure whether she was being sincere or acting...
No. Especially if you intend to write him becoming immortal or incarnating in the future... But you're the author, and I'm really enjoying the story, so I'll read it regardless of your decision. Unless it turns into a harem, in which case I'll give up hahhahah
Is he really Kenjaku's grandson? I can't tell if Kenjaku was telling the truth... With Kenjaku, anything could be true, and I'm inclined to believe it is. But does that mean Akatora is related to Yuuji and the death paintings? At least he still has family!
I really liked this arc. I'm curious to see what the MC will do now. Revenge was his goal and what drove him, so what will his new goal be now? What will he do? And I'd like to see some other pov and consequences.... I don't think anyone will do anything against the MC directly now, and if the Akatora clan was destroyed and no one did anything against the Zenin, not even a slap on the wrist, surely no one can do anything against the protagonist, who is a special-level sorcerer. But I would like to see people reacting or some consequences. Maybe a political vacuum, or with fewer sorcerers, everyone would have to work harder for a while. And certainly the protagonist will become even MORE alienated and distant from his classmates... And he wasn't close to them to begin with... And Gojo, he already compared the MC to Geto before, and now the MC has killed a lot of people too. It was revenge and he never hid what he wanted to do, but with Geto's recent death and the similarities, I wonder how Gojo is feeling. Maybe trying to “save” his student as redemption for not being able to save Geto? I don't know...
