Not really. Not if it’s an object like the philosopher’s stone that simply causes them to have an ability they had in another version of reality. The only difference here is that Savitar put it in an Egyptian crypt for a specific person to find and had his lackey send that person there. Aside from the title(which is more of a joke at this point with the changes I’ve made to the story and book cover) it’s not stated that Sebastian is from our world or another world aside from the Arrowverse. The Julian who sent Sebastian on the hunt for the artifact is the same Julian from The Flash tv show, though you weren’t supposed to figure that out until later(I’m telling you now to clarify). This shameless 3-star review is to say that the story has been rewritten (Again, sorry) because I'm an idiot who ruined it last time. I'll make the character smarter this time and have him not be bipolar as heck. Again, I apologize for the sudden change, but after reading the reviews and consulting myself I decided to change up the story. He won't have the advantage of money, or power out of the gate, he'll be a normal slime - If that's a thing - and he'll have to work for power, no shortcuts for this slime.
