Not exactly the most regal german name, I was expecting something like Franz, Karl, or Wilhelm . Especially in this time period. but its a good sounding name👍, it just sounds slightly out of place given the setting.

ok, I feel like we literally said the same thing. Obviously, if the mission was something like make 2 Neapolitan pizzas and satisfy costumers, the penalty of death would be completely unreasonable if you failed. Most likely, you'll just end up with a disgruntled group of costumers that will no longer eat at your restaurant or whatever because your food sucks. which is why I said that their can be logic behind the penalties if the author is rationale about it. but I 100% understand what your saying

probobly cause of the iron born. chances of any trade vessel getting sacked by them lot is quite high. iirc, that may be the reason why the western coast of the North is poorer than the east, but don't quote me on that.

not necessarily man. for example, if your in a do or die situation, and the system gives a mission cause of it, if you fail, you'll obviously die. there can be logic behind the penalties if the author is rational about it.

beg your pardon, and perhaps I haven't done my due diligence in carefully reading the story so far, but why are the trio so inclined on telling the MC their mission considering his just a stranger to them?

I assume, if you were to renege on this thought, you'd only teach those who are absolutely loyal to him? I'd hate to see any MC get backstabbed, and especially so when you're teaching them something completely foreign to this world.
