The 4 star rating was done with the novel's reputation in mind. In all honesty, this comic is trash. It's desecrating the novel and it's changing the story into trash. Ugghh, this is a disgrace to the novel and it should be stopped and deleted.

There are some details that are different from the novel and I can't help but mind them. Ling Lan's not supposed to be that expressive and at the beginning, Ling Xiao was not supposed to react like that. I remember him to be omnipotent and when he was faced with that situation, he did all he could to escape but couldn't. He wouldn't have stood still like an idiot. He would have also found the anomaly himself but since it was already at the late stage, he couldn't escape. I know there's such a thing as creative freedom(?) but this is just bothersome.
