Well... I kinda write this story because I wanted MC to react annoying characters while they are reacting how he is stupidly capable.

İt depends on definition of 'harem' in this case. İf you mean pairing then it is %90 not going to happen and even somehow people change my mind it won't be Asia, Rias, Akeno, Yasaka, Grayfia(wtf), OR ANY OF THESE... İn that case girls only be OC or from another series or heavily and by mean heavily %100 OOC then maybe but even then I swear any main girl or the ones fawn over issei will not be MC's love. İf you mean that will other girls annoyingly make him theirs? Yes because this is DxD and OC cannot slaughter them and they are not intelligent to talk with , that would cause Satans and everyone to attack him which Rio would end up with destroying the DxD in a very short time. There is sex without love especially before Canon but MC is not god of sex so don't wait for him to make girls blast with his little finger... But sex just happens in DxD, even without pairing. I wanted to make sure write everything about pairing and romance without spoiler, I hope you are satisfied. I wouldn't want the story I am reading come out as harem in future so I understand you. Btw the harem I am saying might(maybe just maybe) happen is not harem but polygamy which that would only happen if girls in DxD convince MC, otherwise impossible, but they will try because logical MC's adaptation of this stupid world is main theme of the story and without interference it is unlikely.

Romance in this story is not about MC getting girls, it is about girls and literaly everyone trying to convince him to have a relationship because he is literally bound by nothing so even if he somehow ends with 1 person it is inevitable that other girls won't give up. So yes , technically harem but even better.

This is DxD... Blessing given for an accomplishment, while what you said makes sense, I don't want to fix DxD that much, and don't worry he can't just use those powers and beat our guy. And this is not a Blessing from Biblical God, others just can give a power that user can have, Biblical God had a system that no other God can do, Only God that actually permitted to do something like that is Biblical God, which needed for world's progression. Blessing from Biblical God is also faith... That's why saints etc. Were powerful and they could lost their power. This whole saint thing will be story for a whole Arc. But shortly, you cannot lost a blessing given by a God and probably your children will have that blessing too! But unlike first person gain the blessing they have to train much more to reach that level. Also not everyone capable of contain a blessing, which might be the reason why God's give people achieved things.

Yeah... There is demon king in a different way but that is a spoiler. What I meant there is, plot doesn't let demon king die until hero came etc. But Maou is a title for devils. Demon king is becomes demon king in a natural way, like Lucifer would be a Demon King but he is just something opposite to God and represented Sin when he was alive. Like Shiva and other gods can gain title and power from world(not all of them knows how they gains... There are more than one ways but their title recorded in world.) Demon kings also can gain titles like that.
