I think jousting is boring but I really like the melee’s in this fic. Plus I wanted him to win for rhaenyra so they have more of a conversation.

Yeah don’t care that much about jousting, but the melee’s have been pretty well done in this fic so far.

Wish he still did the tourney and was like extra aggressive, but overall the arc is interesting.

No I got that it was supposed to be funny, it was just a weird thing to say. Especially under a rather innocuous comment I made about him being less Nara smart can lead to funnier situations later. Your whole comment was randomly aggressive, if you don’t like the story tell that to the author or stop reading.

It’s not even about them being stupid, you have to have a big ego to be a world leader, at least one of them is gonna feel self important enough to interject despite the danger imo. Maybe someone did but I can’t remember it’s been 2 years, just felt like it was a weird scene to me and I didn’t enjoy that arc in general.

Just a weird comment. Why would I have schizophrenia just because I find a book comedic and you don’t? Comedy is subjective. I also said I wish he got the smarts because it’s annoying he didn’t. Haven’t read early chapters for a while but generally doesn’t pad out his word count except the author notes and omakes.

Ah forgot that he doesn’t have full knowledge so he doesn’t know about Danzo. That’s pretty annoying.

Should be pretty obvious for Akira now that it’s Danzo. Played his hand too openly, too high of a secret for even a Nara elder to have.

Saying “not all of us will make it out alive” in a hospital is not a great choice of words.

I liked a decent amount of this arc, but It felt pretty drawn out. Also don’t care about faceless at all, really hoping she doesn’t survive and come back, it’s truly not needed. Hate that Nue died, the flying mount is too useful for the random arc to have been its downfall. Should’ve killed the snake or bull. Other than that I like the character progression a lot for all of the characters, tiger funeral was cool I just think it takes to many hits to work for it to be one of the highest level summons.
