Lothar merely stood in silence for a few moments thinking over the reasoning for Berengar's actions, yet not once did he suspect that the young Viscount was about to stab him in the back and lay siege to his home while he was off at war. Thus he made an equally foolish decision as Duke Wilmar and permitted Berengar's behavior, as the old Count decided he would permit Berengar to stay in Kufstein until his forces were ready for battle.

do not forget the roads my guy. it is very vital, the faster the goods transported between teritories, the faster the development of other infrastructure.
As he labeled it, this grand Infrastructure Initiative was designed to reconstruct the region into a thriving metropolis. The first critical component of this initiative was sanitation, where he planned to have city-wide sewers and plumbing where the waste would go through a sewage treatment facility and eventually flow into the local river. There would also be cisterns that could provide fresh and clean water into the homes of every citizen.

As such, he had begun to regret his decision to provoke Berengar in the name of the Church. Why was God testing him in such a manner? What had he done to deserve this fate? Those were the questions the pious noblemen asked himself as the echoes of the cannons continued to bombard his castle.

Actually this is the common misconception of today. People always associate missiles as those advance homing Freedom loving TNT. While in reality any mass that is propelled to the target is a missile.
"I want a siege camp set up and fully fortified by Dusk! Make sure it is out of the range of enemy missile fire!"
