I get what u saying since i guess if there’s a difference of age and he’s much older than the fl would be considered a child in his eyes.However unlike ur example this is about an industry and if ur new to it u would be considered a ‘child’ in a seniors eyes, not because ur a really child but because compared to seniors u lack the experience.Dont know if i made sense there.But anyways it could be either🤷♀️
