Where do I even start? I'm still very much processing the story, but the first words that come to mind are beautiful and hidden gem. Now onto my review. This is quite exquisite read and neatly written story, with compelling leads and immersive details especially in the dialogue writing. The first thing that stands out is the beautiful writing, it flows nicely and is immensely descriptive, capable of instantly pulling the readers in and enchanting them. Everything about this book is captivating, from the concept, ill fated love story between Romeo and Juliet in the cultivation world, to the immersive details of the world around them. I just couldn't get enough of Ruo Yin, such a pitiful yet very lovable female character. Zhan Luo as the male lead is also a nicely written character.
