tbf, only a few NPCs have them. And players cant have those abilites, so I think it's fine.
[Steel Body] was basically a BOSS template. It would make him immune to attacks that dealt true damage. This would greatly reduce the chance of accidents from happening, and he would be much hard to be killed in one-shot. For example, without this ability, someone with a skill similar to [Flaming Will], which could do true damage, would have posed a huge threat to Han Xiao. 100,000 players x 1000 exp for mechanic knowledge = 10,000,000. Of course, not all player bought mechanic knowledge, so it's much less than that. Plus he spent exp on his skills and stuff, so 6.1 million exp sounds reasonable.
