I have read somewhere that the water tribe people were based of Inuits or people indigenous to Alaska and Northern Canada who have tan skin I suppose. Granted I'm not sure if I'm 100 percent correct but its the most likely reason.
As I pondered what and how, I noticed something, my body was different… very different, I was white, but my skin was a light brown tone, odd, two I felt smaller, I was normally six foot tall, but right now I kinda felt a foot shorter, while the idea was preposterous and idiotic something in the back of my head told me, this wasn't the body I was used too, 'So this is either a really realistic dream… or somehow… some way I ended up in a different body….I kinda feel bad for the old guys in my neighbourhood that said they were abducted by aliens…. Just put 4'3" which means four feet 3 inches. If you put 4' that means its four feet and 3" means 3 inches. You basically just said he's 4 feet 3 feet which makes no sense.
He was now 4'3 feet in height and was slightly taller than his peers. He had also grown in strength and could now fight genin level opponents with ease.
