I think that the honking blood consistency makes the blade slippery or dulls it. So if you aimed for something the blood may make the blade slide along a surface and may have a more bludgeoning Effect vs a piercing or slashing. In this case bludgeoning Would work but a simple arrow stab would be more time efficient.

I think itâs more realization. You can read or hear about war but another to experience it and itâs direct effects. Itâs like when you lose a loved one.
