"i can actually bring out game items" and it is much better than tgis one. unfortunately webnovel stopped translating it early, so mtl is the only option after a certain point, though you can find it elsewhere. starts off in a barbarian village, using an inventory to take things into the game from real life to gain an advantage in game, and take game items out. one of those virtual world crosses with reality types, where people get abilities irl from the game as a norm, but being able to take things between the two worlds is abnormal, which gives a unique advantage to both worlds. if it was translated further i would have kept reading it, unlike this one, but if you don't mind mtls you might enjoy that far more than this novel
