Aemond should have called Cregan Lord Cregan not Stark only the heads of houses can be called that like Lord Lannister/Lord Baratheon but other than that good work.

Fan-fic and AU are not the same thing you could argue that it is but unless they give the readers a heads-up that they have changed things don't be surprised when they (me) act the constructive police I've enjoyed tons of fics with AU's because they blatantly state it (butterflies with the Self-Inserts birth) but other than Roberts uplifting and the tourney in Kings Landing not much changed for now.

"Indeed. The Targaryen House has lost their Dragons for nearly a century, bringing them down to earth like the rest of us. And now, they are just as special or not like everyone else. The threat of Dragon fire has long passed and the greed of men and women hasn't lessened. From what I'm hearing, the current wannabe-lizard is growing madder by the day and many are unhappy with his rule. Should he give the Kingdom enough reason, a rebellion is not unthinkable."

Aerys hasn't gone off the rails yet his just a fickle and petty bastard (But still cruel) nobody considers him mad you are like 6 years off for a guy making like 2-3 asoiaf fics you don't have basic knowledge of the timeline.

This is the actual name of the "Mud gate".

The first thing that struck me when we finally reached Kings Landing was the smell. I know many must have said that, but it is truly bad. How anyone can live like this, is beyond me. If I were king, I would probably run it into the ground as quickly as possible. This is an embarrassment to any architect. The walls seem thick enough, but there is a major weakness in the harbour. The River Gate could be attacked and it would be hard to defend that should it ever happen.

Holy moly my guy you need to massively edit this Visenya couldn't have been betrothed to Aegon they were married 3-4 years before the Conquest so either edit this or say he started the conquest real early.

The ground shook as a small earthquake had just taken place. I was shaken from my sleep and terribly annoyed. I knew that roar, since a few years ago, the c*nt with the bleached hair came to Harrenhal and burnt the Hoare family to death.

Most definitely supposedly the Andals only started crossing to Westeros after the Valyrians tried to wipe them out.

This is Westeros its worse nobles in this world are savages just to give you an example of how bad they are Eddard "Ned" Stark and Jon Arryn who are considered honorable/fair by vassals and smallfolk would just be the average Medieval lord not too cruel or ambitious.

But as he walked through the streets of the village, Robert was surprised at the bad living conditions for the common folk.

Just flee I don't think they were pursued.

"Princess Nymeria led her Rhoynar across the Narrow Sea on 10,000 ships to flee their Valyrian pursuers," Rhaenyra recited.

Dragonlords and incest go hand-in-hand burying his head in the sand and pretending things can still be "normal" are ridiculous.

Rhaenar shook his head, "In that case, you should tour the realm while you can. There's a magic in the countryside that almost matches the magic in your eyes. With luck, you'll find a suitor you can be happy with. Father will doubtless prefer you marry for happiness rather than for political gain, if he could help it. You know how much he loves us.

Rhaenyra marrying a man that doesn't have a dragon nor having the position of heir like Rhaenys that gives her the option of choosing a suitor with her father's permission is absurd she will either marry Rhaenar or Laenor Rhaenar should know this his almost 14 name-days old with the mind of a grown man.

An extremely lucky shot that has no chance of ever happening again.

Rhaenyra noticed the ridiculously sized crossbow-like mechanisms they shot out of. She recalled her histories, how the Dornish were able to shoot Queen Rhaenys out of the sky.

Yeah, the moment Viserys became king Daemon had no right to Dragonstone it became Rhaenar's a castellan not Daemon would oversee it so as not to undermine his future ascendance after Maegor (Dragonstone was his domain from Aegon and Visenya) it became the heir's domain Daemon was never Viserys heir with Rhaenar in the picture.

Such assertions were nonsensical to Corlys. In all but name, Rhaenar was the de facto Prince of Dragonstone,.(Despite the technicality of Prince Daemon's continued rule until Rhaenar officially turned 16).

Just say the famous sword wielded by the lords of Dragonstone to their kingly descendants.

By 14, Rhaenar had personally led a successful campaign against the Mountain Clans, vanquishing them from the Vale in less than six moons. For this, the King bestowed to him Blackfire, the famed Valyrian blade once wielded by Aegon the Conqueror.

That was a complete butchery of formal language.

Lord Beesbury took the opportunity to speak, "Hey, Your Grace, at Prince Daemon's urging, the Crown has invested significant capital in the re-training and re-equipping of his City Watch. I thought you might urge your brother to fill his seat in the council and provide an assessment on his progress as commander of the Watch."

Oberyn did not get "permission" to leave the citadel after studying six chain he merely left after getting bored do you really think the Citadel would have the balls to prevent nobles from leaving after studying if they weren't there to become Maesters.

Further along the table, closer to the King, was Lord Lyonel Strong, Master of Laws. Despite his family's strong blood ties to the first men and reputation for their martial prowess, Lord Lyonel was a well-studied man, having studied at the citadel and forging six chain links before arriving at court.

Extremely wrong character to compare him to the only thing they have in common are prowess with the blade (maybe)

His once elvish features were now hardened by a stern expression, his long silver hair tied back in a bun reminiscent of a warrior bound for battle. A sword of legendary repute hung at his waist, made of Valyrian steel thirsting for blood.

I don't think dragon-riding prowess would be a factor in this decision-making if you are a lord loyal to House Targaryen you wouldn't support Rhaenys for one reason her children are Velaryons not Targaryen your ancestors knelt to the dragons not to the seahorse.

Rhaenys' children were poised to inherit her dragon-riding prowess, promising a formidable legacy.

Yeah sorry, you traumatized the mc was an artist who got falsely accused and then sent to a brutal prison or something it's been a year since I read the first chapter.

(Either that, or Laenor has taken his first lover, his ass yet to recover. I knew the walk well from my days in prison. How the odd soul unfortunate enough to get gang raped would roam the yard afterward. The bleeding would last weeks. It was not uncommon for inmates to stuff balls of toilet paper up there in a sort of 'go-go gadget tampon!' to avoid the embarrassment, walking around with blood-stained breeches…)
