Then if that is not the case he would be introduced to an aalim/sheikh (religious scholar) and there all of his doubts will be made clear whether his objections relate to some morality, law, logic, or any other matter. And then he will be given a period of time to have an understanding of it. This period of time can range from a week to almost anytime like 1 year, 2 year, 10 year, 20 year , 60 years even. If the case if genuine. However if the question are not genuine or of the method of communication is not sincere than a tribunal.would be set up and finally the death punishment would be given out only if that is made certain that the intent is to cause hysteria, corruption or propaganda in the land.
