chakra control is literally controlling the amount of chakra that you use. The ratio system is perfectly combining parts of spiritual energy to achieve an element. i don't recall kishimoto building on medical ninjutsu other than requiring knowledge on biology and shit and also having really good chakra control. Though I might b wrong since I haven't watched Naruto in ages.

for the lightning one, it means that the ninja could learn more elements as in two more easily since they can learn fire and water more easily. Someone with earth affinity could potentially learn fire but would struggle with element such as wind and water.

wind is considered to be one of the most spiritual element. this was semi inspired by Avatar where air benders were the most spiritual. Danzo having modified arm has nothing to do with this. Again, I never mentioned that having Wind element meant that you were some spiritual monk.

I also mentioned that having more physical energy or spiritual energy does usually not affect the affinity that a person have which is the reason Naruto would be able to have wind elements. I don't know what danzo has to do with this.

sasuke's affinity is lightning but I think you are forgetting about a certain reincarnated individual.

hiruzen worked hard and achieved the affinities, bloodline naturally gives you the affinities. If you actually read, i literally mention that its extremely rare to get more than 3 elements which actually makes hiruzen more outstanding.
