Naturally, Rowan objected to the transfiguration spell as well. Logically speaking why not just transform an ordinary pair of glasses into opera glasses? Why was there a need to turn a living breathing creature into an inanimate object? Needless to say, Rowan's vehement objections were ignored by Professor McGonagall, who was quite frustrated at the unexpected opposition and lack of effort from one of her students. I find it rather amusing and entertaining
Everyone eagerly threw themselves into the class, while Rowan remained distinctively pale throughout the entire class period. Frankly it reminded her to much of the film, "The Human Centipede," for comfort. I made another comment in another place. However, he picks up basically any girl he see’s in the beginning, aka the characters you learn the name of. However while that may bother many people, the fact remains that the author LEGIT gives almost every character in this story character development and a good backstory.

Oh yes, I more meant it was quite literally like a circus performance. Its all planned out and everything, but the actual act and "performance" itself will appear ridiculous in front of the masses.
Bai Chen similarly did not expect Shang Jianyao not to mind at all as if it were really just an exaggerated prank. Perhaps, he has long recognized his condition and accepted himself as such? He does not have an inferiority complex, nor is he sensitive about the issue? - Nephilia2yrCommented
