To fix the pacing of the story you will have to introduce more characters from other noble house also visit them. Also you need a vilian. Some issues with your proganist is that he is growing physically but not mentally. Also you have you have to give more foreshadowing of the main protagonists of the eroge. Also you need a foundation building time skip were he tries to gain foot hold in this new word.Also I see your not trying to make home to overpowered so you nerfing him.To fixed this give him potential skill which alone help build him into the character you want him to be.
