1. Even after DLT became Nascent soul stage he still using Sword Drawing Sword technique. I read in many mc novels , for body strengthening they use some exercises techniques before using herbs and pills or some supreme cultivation techniques to reach peak of in few hours or days. But here is the one of the few who uses only herbs .
