I definitely liked the first two chapters and it is good that only glimpses are given. you do know how to build suspense.

In this grief-stricken town called Gloomeria lives a fine young man named Alexander. Alexander used to be fun and interesting to be with, however he lost his zeal in life when his sister was also inflicted with the very painful disease that has already killed many in their town. She is the only person in Alexander's life since their parents have already died when they were still kids. Alexander's only prayer is for his sister to recover from the disease. She coughs endlessly and can hardly breathe and Alexander knew that she has to be brought to the hospital where she was intubated after a few hours. Alexander's sister knew that her time might be up soon and all she wanted was for Alexander to be safe and happy. However, all she can do is pray. One night, Alexander visited his sister and he saw a chubby nurse beside her bed and checking on her. Alexander walked towards them and despite the nurse's PPE and mask, he was mesmerized by the beauty of her eyes. Will Alexander find joy or will his heartbreak be greater?
