Not unrealistic. xfactor took time just to get a million views and they probably got millions of subscribers while the mc has a brand new youtube account. 20k on a brand new account that you didnt even run ads for is very good. Y’all need to understand that just because you got buzz doesnt mean you get followers and views. When you watch tv shows or scroll on social media and see people. Do you go click and follow all of their social media? Do you go and turn their notifications on so you can see it immediately when they post? This is how it really is. Its not like there social media is advertised either. So most ppl wont go looking for it. Have you ever looked at artist social media after being on a popular show? Like he said he has 2-3 months to do something with the buzz he got. Which includes using it to build a fanbase (gain followers).
