This novel is refreshing and exciting. I always enjoyed civilization building stories and kingdom building stories sorta like this. I just think that a 13 year old shouldn't have this sort of knowledge. Like, many of us in the modern era learned how salt is made and other knowledgs like that, but usually forget the specifics since we never needed to actually use the knowledge. I suppose it can be overlooked due to the fact that the novel would be less interesting otherwise, but it does kinda feel a bit unrealistic. As well as the lucky breaks like with the Titanoboa and the Sacred Flower. Super unrealistic, but as usual for these novels. Overall its a fresh concept, not too many of these, such as Dr. Stone. It's worth a read.
