Beside Aoki? No one, in my mind to graduate early in peace times someone need to be exceptionally talented and sadly none of the other kids seem so. Then why have an option to apply for early graduation you might ask? To give kids the taste of actual failure and make them consider why they want to run into jaws of danger ahead of time even when none are special.
