it's not an oxymoron. it's a very clear directive, if you can't wipe them out in one strike, don't touch them. essentially an order of total annihilation with an alpha strike, if han sen can't instakill them, he shouldn't touch them at all.
But Second Uncle also told Han Sen not to provoke the New Community. He told Han Sen the reason they had not yet taken action was most likely due to them being afraid of something. and yet, people have done that against him and lost abysmally. he's not the only special kid, even if he's the MC, I have a suspicion that's all.
Although Han Sen was good at mind games, he would never be a part of gambling, because he knew that one would always lose at some point.
