Thing is cannibal is a scavenger only time he or she eats other dragons is if there hatchlings, dead or smaller than itself and actually manages to win the fight and we have no evidence it’s killed other fully grown dragons so I wouldn’t call it the greatest fearsome yes temperamental definitely greatest no
