Could have been something good, but is instead a cringy mess with bad grammer and an mc who is as dull as rocks. All the choices and options are obvious and that you could have at least planned for a better start; flesh out the Mc instead of just dumping him in out of nowhere into another world. Create a backstory of an compelling and complicated original character instead of an average isekai mc. Recommend you delete this, plan it out and then write it out.
