because we have been explicitly told that several of those can ONLY happen in nightmares, so either what we have been told was wrong for some reason, or this is a plot hole to cover for future plot holes

there's no reason to believe mordret ALSO got a monster body, as far as sunny seemed to know, that never happens

more than that, it has the self repair all memories have, and the connection to the owners soul, but those don't count as enchantments, enchantments just mean the extra effects above the bare minimum to function as a memory

why does sunny still believe the knife is needed for the nightmare, seems like with all the other lying, and how the most important part of mordrets plan revolved around sunny going to where that knife was, doesn't it seem far more likely that that part was a lie?
