Why is Lith suddenly so subservient to the king? I don’t understand this change in personality.

Lith rolled over wayyyy too easily here it’ s so out of character for him to just take there view of things on the chin. This feels like a forced plot point if I’ve ever seen one.

Its so weird that the storys setting her up and some secret hero. Its like everyones forgotten shes spent the last 700 years draining the lifeforces from people to sustain herself.

So why is Tista a Demon aswell? Shes older than Lith, so her bloodline shouldnt have been alter when Mogar added the pheonix and dragon parts to Lith to stabilize his abomination nature. I dont get the logic here. Id understand if the relatives that came after were affected.

Its such a stupid plot point that the council wouldnt investigate these things at all, I mean i know theyre portrayed as uncaring, but obvious forbidden magic and awakened beats draining the life out of other beasts is something you’d expect a even a guardian to mobilise for.
